With over 20 years of experience in the private real estate and asset management industries, Christopher has developed a distinguished career marked by leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence.

At Future RE Capital Management, Christopher leads a high-volume real estate investment company focused on the acquisition, leasing, and sale of residential and commercial properties, with a strategic emphasis on affordable housing markets. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully managed over $30 million in assets, targeting residential and multi-family properties across 18 U.S. states. Christopher’s expertise lies in upgrading lower-to-middle class properties to higher-value assets, creating substantial value and enhancing long-term returns.

Before his tenure at Future RE Capital Management, Christopher served as the co-head of Private Real Estate at Bay Ridge Partners and held a pivotal role at Homewood Financial Services, where he honed his skills in institutional fixed-income asset management.

Christopher’s investment career spans over 15 years, during which he has executed more than 750 real estate transactions, including acquisitions, renovations, sales, and leasing.
